The Couple

When all of your friends are dating each other, there tends to be a… let’s call it… “encouragement”, that the two of you should get together. It was a combination of that friendly nudge, as well as a shared commitment to working a full day (yes, even on a Friday!) that led us to being stuck in a car with each other for several hours on the way to a weekend at the beach. We started the road trip mostly strangers, and ended it good friends, battle-tested by no fewer than two dozen rounds of “21 Questions”.

For over a year we taunted our friends (as well as each other) with the age-old “will they, won’t they” routine. Finally, we threw caution to the wind and started officially dating. Over the next four years, we’d share countless laughs, adventures, and of course, no shortage of hardships (read: “grad school”). Last August, we finally got engaged in Ocean City, MD… the very same beach where we hit it off several years earlier.

We’re so excited to be getting married and sharing this very special milestone with all of our friends and family.
